Program Description

At Iron Mile Fitness, we believe healthy habits start early. Our Kids Program is designed to help children develop coordination, strength, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. With age-appropriate workouts, fun games, and encouraging coaches, your child will build foundational fitness — and have a blast doing it.


Offered twice weekly — Tuesdays or Saturdays — this program is broken into two engaging age groups:

  • Ages 4–7: Focus on movement, balance, and body awareness
  • Ages 8–12: Build strength, agility, and teamwork through structured workouts

Whether your child is brand new to fitness or already active in sports, our program helps them grow physically and mentally, with the guidance of trained coaches and the support of a positive community.

Movement Skills that Stick

We teach kids how to move well — improving balance, agility, coordination, and motor skills that benefit them in daily life and sports alike.

Strength Through Play

Bodyweight exercises, obstacle courses, and functional movements help kids safely build strength, endurance, and body control — all while having fun.
