Program Description

Get race‑ready with Iron Mile Fitness’ HYROX Training Program — a structured, high‑energy training experience designed to elevate your strength, endurance, and confidence for the world’s fastest‑growing fitness race. HYROX blends running and functional exercise stations into a single performance challenge that pushes your limits and rewards consistency. Whether you’re gearing up for your first event or chasing a personal best, this program meets you where you are and pushes you forward.


Our HYYROX schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 5-6am 
  • Tues and Thursdays 6-7pm 
  • Saturdays 9-10am 

How it Works:

  • All experience levels welcome 
  • Included with unlimited gym membership or $150 10 class punch card
